Pros

It's fun to work with toys and get to make kids happy. Some employees are great people who are actually there to do work.

Cons

If you don't act like your still in high school you won't like it here. It's one big popularity contest and if you are somebody who actually comes to work to get things done, that hurts you because management will sit around and talk to other employees while making you do everything. A good portion of the time management all sit in a small, locked room where they play on their phones, eat and talk.

Pros

At Babies R Us stores, guests were relatively pleasant and was able to build relationships with people and their children

Cons

Low wages, benefits for part-time workers were eliminated after the Affordable Care Act, and store managers were sometimes petty, unreasonable, or unintelligent
