- Almost everyone on Dev and QA is great to work with - Stock options - Great CEO - Free food once the office opens again

Cons

- Base pay isn't great relative to the industry - The management for what is currently the main project seems far more concerned with meeting arbitrary deadlines than writing quality code - Work/life balance on some of the teams is terrible (not all of them though, it's kind of a coin toss based on who you end up working with)
