The company is consumed by drama and internal politics. A whisper network of blame and insecurity.
Leadership seems to operate with little understanding of what is actually happening on the ground. They also don't seem to care what clients are asking for (less pitches, more partnering, and better support). Targets seem arbitrary and seemingly designed to shift blame rather than drive performance.
Two female leaders stir up drama and speak rudely behind their own employees backs. And for some reason it's tolerated. What you allow is what will continue.
The morale issues are ignored, and the 3.2 Glassdoor star rating is generous. My experience mirrors what others have called out: toxic culture, leadership favoritism, and inflated leadership titles for those leaders who don't seem to have a true understanding of the business or market.
