If you’re looking at the open positions here you should look elsewhere

Cons

Take it from those who are on the inside: it’s not worth it. This company is terrible to work for. Leadership is the worst, they make promises we can’t keep, and they just beat you down. In every all hands we are reminded that we are missing our financial performance numbers which of course our CEO will use to hold our bonus from us, which causes us to be demotivated and work less, which causes underperformance which causes us to miss our numbers which causes the CEO to lash out at us. You can see the trend. I’m out as soon as I get something new, and I will join the long list of people who have left. Oh and now we are to the point of just lying to our customers so there’s that.

It’s no longer fun. Energy and life have been sucked out of this place. There’s no advancement opportunities and you never get a raise. Angry, dishonest CEO lacks ability to motivate us.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We do want to clarify several points for accuracy: In 2024 we achieved our target for the company incentive plan and paid out bonuses @ 100% in April of this year. (we are on a customary annual incentive program) We also completed our merit increase process and rewarded employees that are achieving their objectives and personal growth plans. Finally, we also have a healthy number of promotions throughout the year. We remain committed to doing right by our team and continuously improving, while we build a great company with great people who are focused on taking care of customers and taking care of each other.
