Four day work week Weekends off Working with a team

Company micro manages EVERYTHING! They put a heavier workload on you than the assistant managers. Pay isn't fair for the amount of duties expected. Everything is micro managed from corporate who are way out of touch. Store's have terrible heating and cooling and computer systems are a mess. Only one bathroom for women. One toilet for female customers and female employees . No accountability for store employees.
