* Lots of opportunity to learn and grow within the organization * Leadership is putting extra effort to recognize and give chance/training to female leadership in this otherwise male dominated Leadership Team.

Cons

*Lots of Chaos still while the company is still in forming stage. It should settle down and become more organized as the time progresses. * The vision of the company is good they just need to be persistent in one path to gain confidence of the employees

- Great people to work with - Development team is always trying new tech and strategy to find the right fit - Dev Team is growing in the right direction and thinking of the Dev experience as a priority - Good balance between feature work and tech debts

Cons

- Change is good but sometimes the changes are too frequent causing the team to change just as they are comfortable with the previous changes...

Pros

Leadership understands where technical debt is, actively working on paying down technical debt. Platform has never been more stable, responsive or better cared for. Bad design decisions which were in progress have been stopped or even removed. Leadership team cares and is engaged. Excellent product managers who understand the business.

Cons

Some technology choices require longer than expected ramp-up time. Sense of entitlement of some senior engineers. Adesa and Openlane platforms are archaic and hard to integrate with.
