The people are super friendly, and there's great work-life balance. Pay is competitive, and management is in the process of trying to modernize and improve the technology. There are many smart and talented people that work here.

Cons

Currently a lacking Engineering culture, many people are "comfortable" with doing the bare minimum. A lot of best practices aren't followed. Some people find it hard to get a promotion and end up taking jobs elsewhere.
