Great people, a lot of things to learn, good tech stack

* Startup culture * People are always willing to help you and treat you with respect * Friendly environment * Cool and up to date stack, a lot of things to learn, get to experiences a lot of new concept * Flexible working hours, lenient work from home policy * People trust you with your skills

Cons

* Salary and benefits could be better compared to other tech companies in Toronto (doesn't vary much but definitely could be better) * Sometimes changes happen and developers might be the last people to get to know about them. Sometimes it is good because developers are shielded from business decisions/pressures but sometimes it feels like developers don't receive enough information.

Love working at this company, lots of opportunities to grow and an amazing culture. Lots of freedom and no micromanaging when on the road!

Cons

Only con would be it's cold outside when working outdoors, which isn't the company's fault!

Great employer for over achievers and people whom will do what ever it takes personally to get things done. Must love a fast paste environment and have ability to keep numerous tasks in play at once.
