Pros
The culture of the organization is really great, you don't feel like you work only for money, you can relate to people and work in a good and healthy environment. Feels almost like a group of friends that happen to work together. You get great benefits as an employee and the opportunity to grow as a professional.
Cons
You will think I am lying but so far I can´t complain about anything, I have been in the company for only six months and it's been a great experience.
