This is a very stable company, great benefits and environment, work is fun and give lots of opportunities to grow and pursue your career path, there are multiple technologies to learn and continue learning to get you expertise.

Cons

So far after 4 plus years, I have not found a single flaw or downside for working at TradeStation, is a great please to be.
