      Pros

      Fun and inclusive company culture. Everyone was very pleasant and nice to work with. The Plantation office had a ping pong table and lounge area which was a nice perk.

      Cons

      The work I was given as an intern was sometimes boring and routing. When I asked for more challenging work I was given some, but I could have done much more. Still, it wasn't bad for an intern.

      Pros

      Ping pong table, Xbox, and free bagels on Friday, work from home, decent salaries and benefits. Good place to learn the markets

      Cons

      Company is hemorrhaging money, mostly due to "championing" it's 15 year old software. Management is stale, complacent, and incompetent. Avoid like the plague

      Pros

      Company really values employees. Employees are acknowledged for outstanding work efforts. They hold regular employee food outings, events, and quarterly meetings. They have a family friendly work establishment and value work life balance. Opportunity for advancement is great. Annual raises are rewarded for job performance as well. Clean and nice workplace and overall great place to work. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      Hard to get into managment positions due to size of company. Advancement is slow, however, with patience you can move into other positions. No training or guidance on career advancement.
