Pros

The commute was a short distance from home. I worked a decent shift (8am-4:30pm). Every Friday, employees got free bagels, muffins, and coffee from Panera Bread.

Cons

Bored out of my mind! A lot grown women acting like they were in kindergarten. If you didn't want to be part of their click, they made sure you were ostracized.

Pros

People are very professional and respectful. The company treats its employees very well, providing great benefits, but not much fluff and gimmicks like a lot of companies do to try to attract talent. TradeStation is a solid company and is good to their employees.

Cons

The company culture can be challenging for high achievers. There are many long time employees who are out of touch with modern technology and resist change. The company is technologically stuck in the year 2000. Dealing with the legacy systems and old school mentality causes so much pain it drives good developers right out the door, leaving behind many developers who are happy to stagnate. The company is so worried about the problems of today and is completely missing the opportunities of tomorrow. The company feels old and clunky.
