      Not a place to grow and learn!

      Pros

      Good salary but new hire will have very difficult time to get adjusted with work environment.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no documentation for new hire to get to know the product that they will be working on. The company is run by paycheck collectors and incompetent Management. There is no future here.

      Pros

      Management understand technical personnel. Good work-life balance, few instances of overtime (usually only during production outages, which should be rare). Would definitely recommend working here.

      Cons

      Working with IT is a pain. Lots of bravado in that department. Slow release cycles.
