Pros

Agile development environment. Great opportunities to learn and grow. Learning is encouraged and there are company programs to reimburse for certifications and classes

Cons

Promotions are rare and people tend to keep their jobs for a very long time so there are very few openings to get into the company.

Pros

Good place to learn cutting-edge technologies.

Cons

Lack of documentation makes it difficult to understand a lot of the product concepts. You should be comfortable with securities trading terminology. Bonuses are not paid in cash, but in company stock which does not fully vest for several years.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working here.

Cons

Far too many to list. This place is absolutely horrible. A company that is slowly dying.
