Once a great workplace,

Pros

At one time, this was an excellent company to work for. Leadership understood the product, valued its employees, and fostered a positive work environment. Morale was high, and people genuinely enjoyed coming to work each day.

Cons

Layoffs appear to have become the new norm. Unfortunately, many highly capable sales representatives—who played a significant role in building the company’s success—have either been laid off or chosen to resign due to increasingly unrealistic expectations and performance demands. There is a growing perception that upper management places insufficient value on the employees who work diligently each day to support and grow the business. Given the frequency of recent layoffs, it also appears that experienced employees are sometimes being replaced with new hires at lower compensation levels.
