Pros

Excellent work‑life balance - fully remote, which shows a lot of trust in employees. Very collaborative culture - people genuinely help each other regardless of role or title. Friendly and supportive team where everyone’s contribution is valued. Plenty of opportunities to take initiative and make an impact, especially in new or growing teams.

Cons

Being part of a newly established team, Xenara, means that sometimes processes aren’t fully in place. This can be challenging at times, but it’s also a great chance to help build and shape those processes.

Strong leadership with a clear mission to evolve the business through technology, training and global mission alignment. A really open, honest and caring culture to support performance.

Cons

A lot of necessary change to create rock solid foundations has been tough for a few folks
