-Comp was good when you weren't being ripped off.

-Incompetent management. -CEO and VP's are out of touch. -Product delivers little value.

Most jokes are funny, however there is nothing funny or fun about working for Trader Interactive. If you enjoy management not listening to employee feedback, consistently being micro managed, regular compensation changes and no advancement opportunities....then this is the place for you! Management will pretend to care or listen to no avail. Ever wonder why companies like these are always hiring??? Culture. Culture. Culture. Much like their parent company, it won't be long before this goes down under!!

unprofessional, ill equipped senior leaders, known to change and half commission plans throughout the year. Disorganized and self-serving company.
