Pros

Option to work from home.

Cons

No career progression, unless you become popular with the right people. No focus, employees constantly stretched thin with little reward. Bonuses, rewards, and competitive pay is for the selected few not applied accross the company.

Pros

- Nice, clean office - Relaxed environment - Product is honestly good, so it's easy to sell to people who are willing to listen

Cons

Only a finite number of potential clients, contact list looks big but most of them are branches who direct you to a corporate HQ. Before long you'll run out of fresh leads and in order to reach your call quota you'll have to call people who have already told you they're not interested. It's one thing to pitch a product to someone who said they weren't interested a year ago, but it's not fun to bother someone who said no to you last week. Once everyone on your contact list has either bought your product or asked to be removed from your call list, how can you make 30-50 sales calls a day?

Pros

Great PTO, monthly birthday recognition

Cons

Different vibes for different departments, they push one team one dream but there are clear differences from team to team.. some departments get the work remotely, some are expected to be glued to their desks M-F 730am-6pm.. not great morale

I'm sorry to hear that you've not had a positive experience with us. While organizations may strive to have a remote policy that is one size fits all, it usually comes down to the type of work you do and is managed department to department. If this continues to be an ongoing issue for you, we'd love to speak with you further regarding your concerns. Please reach out to your HR Representative so we can set up time to speak with you.
