Pros

Everyone is the company is very great to work with. The work culture is not toxic at all, a true diamond in the rough. There's definitely room for career advancement, just be yourself and give it your best effort. It also has awesome benefits too. Also, the positivity is sincere and isn't one of those things forced on you, like with other companies.

Cons

Parking is in a different building in new office. Old office building was better

Pros

Trader Interactive is moving in an exciting direction with a clear multi-year product strategy and a strong leadership commitment to innovation. The company empowers teams to make an impact, invests in talent, and fosters a collaborative culture. There are great opportunities to grow, work on meaningful products, including AI, and be part of a transformation that aligns technology, customer success, and business outcomes.

Cons

As the company modernizes its platforms and unifies systems, there are natural growing pains with legacy technology and process changes. It can feel fast-paced and sometimes complex, but it’s also part of the excitement of building something stronger for the future.
