Pros

None. They took away remote work which was the only perk to this horrible job.

Cons

I worked here for two years. I took a 30k pay cut to work in a remote setting and have an easier job. WRONG. I have never seen employees be treated so terribly. Between changing your job description every week, asking for late nights, not allowing for time off, and the terrible HR department this job is not worth it. They did a mass layoff and then tried forcing people out the door by treating them horribly.
