Top management is completely out of sync. Upper management just decide to cut man power and let go Full time employee against keeping H1 employee

Our business needs are constantly changing and it is important that we adapt and decide what makes sense to keep the organization running as efficiently as possible. We do not base decisions on visa status, we collectively look at all employee roles and which ones are no longer aligned with our company goals and department needs.

nothing that I can think of

-Lack of leadership and no clear vision or goals. -Below average pay, and lots of perks eliminated recently. -Very strict return to office policy, after previously communicating a switch to permanent work from home. -Old boys club mentality, operates like an ancient financial firm and not a modern tech company. -Have not felt heard or comfortable speaking up to my manager as a woman in tech.

Your review is very concerning - especially as it seems entirely inaccurate from the current policies and practices in place at Tradeweb. We have added many perks recently - including additions to our very popular healthcare benefits, mentorship programs, and engagement opportunities for our hybrid and remote workers (and those policies have not changed either.)
