Free health insurance for entire family Company is financially stable Good if you are looking to grow in the oil/metals business Use this company to gain knowledge and knowhow of the business, then MOVE ON.

Cons

POOR personal life/family life balance POOR salary structure. (They say due to bonus but lately bonuses are terrible. POOR Management SHADY business practices.

Good exposure to the business. Hand-on experience over a very wide spectrum of the business. Given plenty of decision making opportunities that helps build an employee's confidences over time.

Cons

due to the nature of the business and the heavy traffic of the company's business, operations people normally have to work long hours or more accurately perpetually on 24/7 standby.
