Pay tends to be below industry standards for pretty much all positions. The company is still functioning like a start up despite being around for over 10 years. There seems to be a constant change of direction within the company from restructure of teams, team objectives, and work flow. The exec team seems to enjoy many of the perks around the flexible work schedule they tend to advertise, but the exec's do tend to frown upon the grunts taking the time to workout, ride, or work from home even on an infrequent basis. As stated by some other reviewers, there is a very high turnover. It's not abnormal to see a well performing coworker called into an exec office, then find out an hour later they had been terminated with little to no cause. They claim it's due to pursuing excellence, but they have let go of some very good employees. A red flag went up for me after talking with a few different past employees and all those terminated employee received no real feedback other than it's just a parting of ways, but the reason given to the office for all of them was some level of insubordination. I wouldn't recommend choosing TrainingPeaks if you're looking for job security or upward mobility.
