1. Benefits come in late 2. Annual increase is with TCAP's annual year not the employee's annual year. 3. There is only 1 bonus which is the 13th month bonus 4. They do not value loyal and hard working employee 5. Internet speed is super slow 6. Work does not meet the needs for hardware materials provided by the company. 7. They give low increase annually.
