1) Managers were friendly and helpful in guiding on how to perform certain tasks. 2) Lunch breaks every 2 hours.

1) There isnt any advancing opportunity for this position.

The job is easy and getting tasks done is minimal

Cons

There is a lack of community. Feels like a detention center where they force you to stay quiet and work. If you aren’t getting plates done you arent getting paid. If you have to go to the restroom they will dock it out of your pay only take these breaks during your own breaks. No PTO also. They force you to take off only 2 weeks a year without giving PTO. Rules within the company are consistently changing against their workers.
