Pros

-It's a job -Worked remotely after training -Can be out twice a month or leave early/come in late 3 or 4 times a month before being spoken to. Resets monthly.

Cons

-Customers often rude and want their hands held for simple things they can do on the website. -Metrics and quality reviews that you must meet, very specific on what you say to customers and process tasks. -Required to work Saturdays on a rotation basis

Pros

The training is the only good part of this job.

Cons

Manager listens to hear say, they hire all employees through a agency so they can drop you anytime and don’t have to pay unemployment or getting sued for unfair termination. Gossip A lot!!!! Toxic HR, Supervisors and Managers. No one got your back.

Pros

Decent pay, lots of overtime opportunity, interesting work

Cons

Over-work high performers while letting bottom performers skate by on little work, no accountability from upper management, promises of promotions/raise opportunities that are constantly delayed/changed, no work-life balance in leadership, management team in its entirety needs HR diversity and sensitivity training and they need to take it seriously

Don't do it

Pros

None that I could think of a less you enjoy prejudice

Cons

They lied about the training time. It said it would be eight weeks and it was two weeks. They said that you would get training until you were ready to go on the phones and not to worry because you would not be on the phones until you and the trainer were ready. From the truth differently. You're giving two days to take phone calls not even with someone besides you was a nightmare.
