Management is only concentrated what you don't do or can't do and never appreciates your hard work or long hours. You have higher chances of survival rate if you know how to worship management all the time.

Management has no technical skills and the culture of the company is "asking question is smart thing" but no one thinks that why a director is asking questions after 15 to 20 years of experience in the same e company to new employee. So, there is nothing to learn but teach all the time.
