I work as an owner Operator. Has most day in day out loads. Mostly repeated customers. Competitive pay. Mike curtis is good dispatcher.

Cons

No chance to grow. Opinion based on local terminal.

The pay is decent, though I took a job earning 6 cents per mile more at my new job. I’m thinking hard trying to find more pros, but got nothing!

Cons

They don’t care about driver retention. I saw terminal manager scream at dispatcher like a dog; use a hand gesture to one as if swatting a fly. The use inward facing cameras, for punitive measures. The insurance is a $5000 deductible. My daughter needed medical attention, cost me $7k to get her seen. They (my terminal) have this attitude that drivers are a dime a dozen. While the training gave me the needed experience to find a great job, I had hoped it would have been Transwood.
