Management refuses to take accountability and grow up. Employees that foster a toxic environment are not disciplined and even after years of complaints from people across all departments, they're allowed to continue disrespecting people and mistreating them. If you're looking to grow at a company, this is not the company for you. They have their key players already and refuse to even entertain fresh ideas. They're stuck in their old ways and that's the way they'll continue to operate. If you're a young professional, this is not the place for you. You'll get a paycheck, but your growth will be stunted. Also, their raises are very limited. They'll pile on more and more work without fair compensation.

The worst management I have ever experienced. They lack every single modern process or procedure for almost everything they do. No regular reviews, no market adjustments, never provided solid KPIs. They force responsibilities on you that are not in your job description and there is 0 chance for growth or to move up. If you are a young professional stay as far away from this company as possible. There are serious problems with management on every level and they refuse to change anything even as they continue to hemmorage employees at an astounding rate. They allow toxic managers to continue pushing people out with no repercussion or care. Stay away, you'll hate it after a month.
