      Remote work capability, great teammates

      Cons

      Ineffective leadership, no clearly defined growth path for career, overload of work with constant reduction of staff, no raise for multiple years in a row, mandatory furloughs before executive team took reduction in salary during covid

      Pros

      Enjoyed meeting some of the people. Remote work option was good. Pay decent.

      Cons

      Little to no training provided. A few energy vampires are kept around for no discernible reason. There does not seem to be a coherent path forward except outsourcing to India and crossing your fingers.
