Moved work to less competent staff, lost its service oriented operations to cut cost. Health insurance plan is poor. Technically challenged.

When we look at the feedback provided on Glassdoor there is one phrase that is continually on display; we have good people. We are very proud of the employees we have and the work they do, so thank you for mentioning them. We heard our employees request for more flexible healthcare coverage, which is why this year we made a change. Rather than a “one size fits all” approach, we have launched a plan that provides multiple layers of coverage with everything from high deductible, low premium options; to low deductible, high premium options. Incorporated with this we have FSA, HSA or a combination of options, and depending on your location, different healthcare providers so we can make sure employees have the most extensive coverage.

Middle and Upper Management is unproven and a majority of them have no experience with management. Company has declined in the decades I had worked there. There is no real sense of direction or knowledge of how to correctly do things.
