      I Never Listened To Reviews Like These... Until it Happened to Me

      -Paid on time -Smart, kind colleagues who genuinely wanted to do what was right

      Cons

      -I raised a basic workplace safety concern and (without warning) received an immediate final written warning and revocation of my bonus -This happened without any prior indication that anything I had been doing had been an issue -HR, legal, and management then interacted in a coordinated effort to push me out -When I did research, I discovered that my case was not an exception, but very much part of a norm of the culture at Transamerica.

      Co workers Work from home Cafeteria Lounge/game area On site gym

      Cons

      Programs are outdated Websites and programs needed to do your job go down on a daily basis (but it's your fault obviously) Unbelievably high call volumes and unrealistic expectations (you can get stuck on the same call for hours, but if it goes over 5 minutes, you get a meeting with the supervisors as to why.) Getting screamed, cussed at, and threatened by a customer? Too bad you have to sit there and take it. Pay Supervisors play favorites High turnover rate No care for personal matters that affect work life.

      Pros

      10 hours of PTO monthly, regardless of when you begin in that month.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations - they expect you to work like a robot Management has constant turnover. They would rather hire a new employee then give a current employee any career advancement. You are just a number to this company.
