Pros

I really don't have any. I get paid on time. I have a met a few nice people. There seems to be quite a few openings. Ok benefits.

Cons

Low Salary Low Morale Chaotic Environment - I believe they have recently had lay-offs, plenty of departments are completely understaffed. Most of my department does not take lunch. Need to re-haul infrastructure, Onboarding was atrocious. Culture is not good, very dark in the Cedar Rapids office, sparse and distant in the Plano office and the Denver office is cut throat. I normally take these reviews with a grain of salt but I wished I had read more carefully. I had another offer, I chose wrong my bad. I will gone shortly. Paid Parental Leave-- what they offer seems just silly.

Good People... Poor Management

Pros

Cares about showing community support. Decent benefits package. Hardworking staff level employees who always strive for improvement.

Cons

Senior Leadership uses lip service but doesn't reflect in their actions. They value shiny new credentials but do not invest in their own employees. Would rather hire new and pay more, than upgrade current talent or keep them current. Bureaucratic and too many management levels that do not know what is really happening. Lagging pay and opportunities for career growth.
