I wanted to start off by clarifying an important point on outsourcing. We have indeed outsourced the administration of some of our business. This was to provide an immediate impact on our ability to service our customers, while focusing on improving and upgrading our internal systems. We are very pleased that all those who were impacted received offers to join our partner and are excited for the opportunities they are being offered. It was important to us that our people were taken care of. We strongly believe that individuals have the opportunity to create their own career path, and we are here to help through training/development, career pathing. We want to provide our employees with opportunities first– this is why we advertise the majority of our positions internally prior to going public.
