Pros

I can't think of any pros from this firm while I was in their employ, the benefits, the people and especially management and HR are all garbage. If you enjoyed being lied to, being severely underpaid, and overworked. Ok you do get free soft drinks.

Cons

Horrible communication, horrible management, don't get me wrong they take care of management needs at the employees expense.

We always appreciate feedback, even if the feedback isn't especially positive. As we have communicated, we're on a path to create a more responsive, efficient organization to better serve our customers and their broad financial needs. Supporting our employees and ensuring that they have the resources and tools they need to be successful continues to be our top priority. At the same time, we want employees to feel appreciated and recognized for their many important contributions. This is why we introduced "Bravo" - the employee-led recognition program, in addition to our annual Employee Appreciation Days. We always welcome suggestions for how we can celebrate the contributions and successes of our employees in new ways.. We wish you all the best in your next opportunity.

Pros

Pension, solid PTO and holidays. For exempt employees great flexibility of schedule. Non-exempt employees can makeup time in place of PRoas well. Cafeteria and Good perks like on site gym.

Cons

Reorg after reorg and lack of transparency has the staff in operations areas constantly fearful for their jobs. Poor leadership are kept around or just moved to different locations. Senior leadership invents and reinvents visions and focuses annually, leaving the staff lost on what the highest priorities are. The talent in the company is leaving at a terrifying pace.

Pros

Co-Workers and daytime hours are good.

Cons

Unstable and financially underwater. Trying to get out of the hole by doing more work with less staff.
