      Pros

      People, the decor of the office, there isn't much good right now at Transamerica. I would look elsewhere. Best of luck!

      Cons

      No upward mobility, no coaching or mentoring to get you to the next level. There are so many things wrong, it would take forever to list.

      There is no pros, not a good company to work for at all. No work life balance

      I was personally discriminated by a supervisor so I have no respect for the company

      Decent benefits and flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is clueless, and there are lots of them (e.g., directors, AVPs, etc.). Sales-led organization that doesn't really have any business management skills. Very political environment, especially if you want to get promoted. Definitely not based on merit. Company is still in the process of consolidating units, so layoffs are the norm. Feel sorry for those that are still employed there.
