      flexible work hours. work from home, short Friday hours during the summer, employee appreciation week. subsidized mass transit monthly passes.

      overly conservative culture. years behind technologically, difficult to advance career, very low pay.

      Pros

      If you ever want to feel like the smartest person in the room, just stand in the middle of the office building with employees from here.

      Cons

      They over promise and under deliver. The leadership lacks in all accounts: they're immature, unprofessional, misogynistic and unqualified. Pretty uninspiring to work with people you don't respect or look up to for mentorship and guidance. Feels like a circus show that's not worth the time or fare. Also, there's no innovation. They talk a lot of talk, but can't back it up. It's crippling to my brain to go through motions of mediocrity.
