My workload is light, others work endlessly for incompetent higher ups.

Cons

Bad pay and benefits, raises are jokes, people are either at this company less than 5 years or 20 + because they are complacent and comfortable. Much of management is extremely incompetent and the systems in place are extremely inefficient. They are hyper cheap and will work people like dogs . No wonder there is over 40% turnover at this company.

Good work environment for the most part management is cool just do your job and your good. I love that we have our weekends off.

Cons

Will give your route away if you’re running late to work but it’s because the commuter routes must pull out on time. Wish they paid more..
