      Pros

      Not many pro's its a job and it pays.

      Cons

      Dispatchers overworked and therefore become uncaring. Lots of disbelief. Emergency handling is slow; any communications are slow. Need to pay more but don't. Routes/bids are bad. if starting new expect to get a bad run and will continue for quite some time. Go for good sleep balance on the schedule

      Pros

      Easy job once you get the hang of it. Alot of overtime. Good start off company if you want a career in transportation.

      Cons

      Most shifts are 12-14 hours. Drive cams inside vans. Re-training for any little thing. Rude dispatchers. Some rude customers. Road supervisors spy on you and follow you while driving like the FBI. Too many rules. This is a lonely job. Easy to be fired.
