Management is horrendous. Micro managed

staff are scared to speak up management communications is terrible You get no sick time they made people come to work with Covid they failed to hire staff when people quit they lost their assistance three stuff on top of the one manager in one week . If you like to be stressed if you’d like to not have sick time I feel like to be overwhelmed if you’d like to not have good communication or feel comfortable to speak to management then this jobs for you
