The company was unstable when it come to leadership. There were several key leadership changes that caused employees to be unsure of their job security. Working with the local union was taxing.

Disrespectful management, split shifts, problem passengers, employee is always to blame by management for safety issues.

Weak leadership, Horrible benefits, Repetitive assignments but overall it's a job. Use it as a starting point.

No employee benefits, lack of support from management
