I have been paid incorrectly more than I’ve been paid correctly. Pertaining to payroll and communication with upper management: I understand that there are several hundreds of employees working on this specific project and that our expectation from the client is high. However, this does not excuse the walls that have been built between management and employees. If there are not enough people to help the increasing numbers of staff we are hiring weekly, would it not be prudent to at least get a small team, at least temporarily, to help assist employees that have gone out of the way for the company either by changing their schedules or uprooting their lives for the company? As far as we know we only have two people who are able to assist us with payroll, and they are essentially unreachable at all times.

Everything. The pay, the culture, the benefits are sub par. The CIO literally called himself a certain dictator in World War II and runs that department as oppressive as one can. He encourages this behavior and his management team does the same. Also being told that one cannot be to far from cellular service so you can be called in at anytime just in case even it’s your personal time off! You’re told that long hours and giving up well earned personal time is part of the deal and you’re supposed to accept it. No such thing as work life balance. There is little to no diversity in the C-suite (not counting a role filled temporarily). Diversity and Inclusion is a joke. There isn’t enough people to do the work and people must work long days to only slightly catch up which applies to all in non-management people in corporate. The employee surveys mean nothing to management and the feelings of their employees matter even less.

Too many layers sometimes in remote decision making

Traffic Supervisors treat staff like crap and are allowed getaway with it because the company are afraid of them. Poor facilities and very little respect from senior management and executive team. No clear path for growth or support when drivers try to do it externally.

The business is growing and has increased the workload

There is no cons to add

Schedulers and some dispatchers are not trained for the job.

Flexibility is not that great
