Management showed favoritism to the employees with poor work ethic leaving the bulk for the ones that did work hard

Local management teams are often ill equipped and under qualified. Frontline employees are treated poorly, driver shortages have created a toxic work environment and drivers are forced to work 7 days a week without adequate rest. Hours of service violations are overlooked due the the shortages. This industry is a ticking time bomb, just waiting for a series of major incidents as a result of driver fatigue

There are no cons to this job!

Low pay, no management, no advancement, no training, no leadership, different message from different members of the so called management team, do not listen when concerns are brought up, you can not do your job & not get fired or spoken to.

Not much opportunity. They don't even know what they want to do. They have lots of projects that are built but never used. Some guys working here are absolutely racists but the company doesn't care.

They push changes with short notice. They have cut all possible benefits like snacks or travel expenses. They spent so much money bringing people from AZ instead of giving incentives to CA employees Lack of communication from the management team. HR never responds to any of the questions you might have Too many people in the management team to "solve" problems but they just create more every week. Lack of leadership experience No break rooms for employees. People eat in their vehicles. They are making us pay for parking
