      Pros

      Great environment. You are left alone to accomplish what you are working on.

      Cons

      The pay is AWFUL. Transparent Language probably pays some of the lowest wages in the state for similar work. Be prepared to make HALF of what you'd make at another job doing the same thing.

      Pros

      Management is hands-off allowing you to work at your own pace. Provide solid benefits if you can receive full-time status.

      Cons

      Despite what you're told, no room for advancement. Due to reliance on government contracts, risk of layoffs is greater than most companies. Able to bring up desired improvements to management.

      truly believe in their work tell a very good storey that they lasted 20 years is miracle have some loyal customers and employee

      talented people leave and pushed out leadership afraid of change and growth weak technology - years behind design and test in us but development is sent to russia bad partners and sales going down
