      Pros

      Self directed testing, rarely will people watch over your shoulder. Not too many meetings or time wasted as a tester, left to just do your work

      Cons

      Very little vertical movement, and very few raises. Government contracts fell through about 3 years ago, and about half of the company was laid off, and despite effort to move away from those contracts, we are exactly in the same spot now. So as long as those don't fall through, the company has a very low risk of layoffs

      There is no reason to work for this employer, no incentives, communication and / or integrity

      Cons

      The lead management are acting lazy and don't communicate with their part time employees. They make part time employees work as full time and add more tasks with no incentives or benefits. They don't let any engagement or feedback from the part time employees and no access to actual company's resources at minimum the time sheet to track the hours of the employee.

      During Christmas time you get a gift card, usually worth no more than $50

      Cons

      Where do we start... - Terrible pay - Everyone smells horrible - One bathroom for some 50 employees - No room for growth
