      Pros

      Great working atmosphere, very diverse and friendly co-workers. Very interesting mission. It should be better known, and has potential for being a serious contender.

      Cons

      Management doesn't have a good strategy for the company, focusing on a single target market. Lack of risk diversification and product innovation results in random periods of job destruction.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good pay, good people to work with. Management is very fair, promotions come if you work hard (as they should). The environment is very laid back and relaxed for the most part (except for government conferences)

      Cons

      User Experience and Product Development team are all one, they sometimes are out of touch with the end users. Many times QA ends up writing the "Specs" because they weren't there.

      Pros

      Flexible with time off and break times. If you are a gamer, there's a sense of community.

      Cons

      If you don't play World of Warcraft or Minecraft you will get fired! Work stops to discuss the latest trends in WOW. If you discuss any thing really work related, it's basically are viewed as a bad guy.
