Management- "Pros"-enthusiastic, involved, fun, motivating at times, helpful, great directors of success. "Cons"-domineering, belittling, micro-managing, favoritism everywhere, two-faced policies, personal attacks. Team-members- they were awesome, great teamwork, get togethers, motivation, competition, had a family like atmosphere.
Cons
Rumor-mill, lack of tenured agents, lack of solid training,not honest about the work the job takes, or the pay. Lot of favoritism, and politicking.
