If you take advantage of the training you will learn a lot about sales.

The pay structure. (Commission only & if you sell something with a payment plan you don't get paid until payments are made.)

Manger is always, ALWAYS, available to support us rookies. She doesn't wait for us to prove anything before she gives support. We have a lot of support in my office. The training is on going and structured at least once a week and if you need extra you only have to go to your manager. My experience has been a wonderful one otherwise I wouldn't still be here after 6 months.

Cons

NO base Salary You have to prospect for every single client. they are never handed to you. It is hard work.
