      Okay benefits and PTO days

      Cons

      Management act as if they are above rules. Unethical practices stemming from the top. If they don't like you, they will stick together and lie/sabotage/set you up for failure. Not a nice place to work. Political! Regional managers are friend and stick together with their assistants to lie and bully.

      Pros

      The pay and time off was good, but they made it hard to take time off due to hardly any time available to take off.

      Cons

      In my opinion, Travelers has been the most mentally abusive place to work. Its not unusual to have customers yelling at you all day, but its the micro-managing and nearly impossible metrics that cause the worst stress. When you ask the management for help, they like to turn it on you, and make you feel belittled. And they are also outsourcing a lot of their positions to other countries, such as Malaysia. Oh, and if you are in a manager's clique, then you are pretty much a no one, and are treated unfairly.

      Hybrid Work only 2 days in the office

      Cons

      During pandemic was fully remote, not sure why they decided to bring us into the office especially when we do not have face to face communication. Inflation at an all time high and no fair compensation
