- Management above UM's. Not all but most.
- Good luck getting time off approved if you didn't ask a year in advance.
- No consistency across different departments or even the same department in a different area. There is the Travelers way, the legal way, the sectional manager's way, and so on.
- Slow to adapt to change in tech/claim handling in general. Most "changes" are made from taking ideas other carriers use from the employees poached by TRV
- Low pay, low raises (if any), little to no bonus
- Very clear this company is publicly traded. Was expecting some differences but not this bad. Red tape on red tape over red tape.
- Upper management very shady and abrasive should there be any issues that come up regarding work conditions, employee health, or anything that you would hope your employer cares about.
